Classic Cars Fill Charlotte Speedway's Infield
at 2017 Goodguys Southeastern Nationals

October 20, 2017 -- When the Goodguys Rod and Custom Association hosts a car show, you can always count on a weekend jam-packed with exciting activities, and of course, lots of cool cars.  As expected, the 24th Annual Southeastern Nationals, held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, lived up to The Goodguys' reputation for “Cool Cars, Cool People, Good Times.”  Along with a swap meet and car corral, there was action on the autocross each day; the ever-popular "Cruising Under the Lights," around the ½ mile speedway track, was a sight you had to see; and new to this year's event, was a burnout contest.  Goodguys held their awards ceremony to recognize the top vehicles on the final day of the show.  Here are some of the highlights we saw during this fun-filled weekend.
