The 1958 Ford Fairlane 500 Sunliner

The Ford Fairlane was produced between 1955 and 1970. The automobile was named after Henry Ford's 56 room, Fair Lane estate in Dearborn, Michigan. Mecum brought the muscle to their 29th Annual Spring Classic for five days in May. Among the stellar lineup of 1,500 vehicles that crossed the auction block, a 1967 Shelby Cobra 427 Roadster with only 20,165 original miles, sold for $1.1 million.  Read More.

2016 Auctions America Auburn

It was back home in Indiana as Auctions America hosted their annual Spring auction in the Hoosier state. Close to 500 American classics, muscle cars, exotic sports cars, hot rods crossed the stage in Auburn during the three-day event. The Goodguys Rod and Custom Association hosted its Annual Nashville Nationals in Nashville, TN, May 13-15.
